These terms govern your use of VonaVoice, a product of Ivawo Global (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a demo, using our AI receptionist, or consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
The service
VonaVoice is an AI phone receptionist for trade and service businesses. It answers calls, captures requests, and books appointments. Demo bookings are samples for illustration and are not real appointments unless you are a live customer of a business using VonaVoice.
SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in — verbally on a call, or by checking the SMS consent box on our form — you agree to receive transactional text messages from VonaVoice (a product of Ivawo Global).
- Program: VonaVoice appointment/booking confirmations and demo-related messages. Transactional only — no marketing.
- Message frequency varies; typically one message per booking or request.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivawo Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
