- Contact details you provide — your name and phone number (for example, when you request a live demo or when you speak with our AI receptionist to book an appointment), and your business type if you choose to share it.
- Call and booking details — the service requested, appointment time, and related notes needed to handle your request.
- Basic technical data — standard web/server logs when you visit this site.
How we use your information
- To contact you about a demo you requested and to set it up.
- To book appointments and send you a confirmation of that booking.
- To send transactional text messages you have consented to receive (see SMS terms below).
- To operate, secure, and improve our service.
SMS / text messaging terms
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with any third party for their marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is used only to deliver the messages described here.
- What we send: transactional messages only — primarily a one-time appointment/booking confirmation, and demo-related follow-up if you asked for a demo. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you opt in: by verbally agreeing during a call with our AI receptionist, or by checking the SMS consent box on our demo request form.
- Message frequency: varies — typically one message per booking or request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our telephony, messaging, and scheduling providers), and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. Note: our AI receptionist never collects payment-card numbers by voice.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the contact information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
